Transsend Compatible Devices

Overview

In general Transsend works on Android and iOS devices. The latest version of Transsend requires Android 6.0+ and iOS 14.0. Older versions are available for earlier devices but are not supported. Contact Transsend support (support@ams.io) for details about a specific device.

Device Compatability

We recommend checking Transsend will work on your device before making any bulk purchases. We can assist to discuss the options that best suit your needs. In many cases existing devices can be used.

Android

Transsend is available through the Play Store. Enter: ams kinross

Version 2.0+ of Transsend for Android requires OS 6.0+ or greater to run.

iOS - Apple

For both of these options you need a Duns number.

Process

For VPP we’ll need your account name with Apple as we have to customize Transsend before submitting to Apple for review. This review can take a few days or up to a couple of weeks. The customization involves applying your organizations logo to the splash image within Transsend.
