The Templates section is used to control which templates are accessible by the account holder.
Before a user can send or receive messages for a particular template, that template must first be assigned to their mobile account.
Assigning a Template
To assign a template to a user’s account, click “+Assign Template”, select the Template from the list of available Templates and click “Assign Template”.
Once the Template has been assigned, AMS will display a message confirming the Template has been added to the account.
Removing a Template
Templates can be removed from an account by clicking the rubbish bin icon to the right of the Template’s name and description.
Once the Template has been removed from the account, AMS will display a message confirming the Template has been removed from the account. Icon
AMS does not prompt for confirmation of removal of the template - the removal happens in a single step once the rubbish bin icon is clicked.
Tags
A Template can also be assigned to one or more mobile accounts by using Tags.
